Erin’s interest in yoga began nearly a decade ago. Yoga and mindfulness meditation were prescribed by her doctor to treat her chronic migraines. It soon became a great passion and led her to explore a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Restorative.
Erin is trained in Power Yoga at West Hartford Yoga in West Hartford, Connecticut. Her goal is to share the healing powers of yoga that she has experienced with as many people as possible.
